![]() Jaw titan is the second fastest titan so it is not that weird for him to take eren by surprise. Mikasa arriving on time was also part of eren plan who took for granted the help of the corps and the strategy of armin to clean up his mess. The "warhammer titan's weakness" actually was quite convenient, if she had not done what she did she would have died at the start of the fight in a very anticlimatic way and at least on a 1vs1 titan it was the way to go (marley was expecting an attack but they did not expected paradise would attack with everything they have including the founding titan). Those anti titan cannon are marleys, not the same used in episode 1 remember that marley is technology inferior to the rest of the world (except paradise) and they plan to use the attack on paradise to catch up so it makes sense they anti titan cannon are not as efective as the ones used in ep1. So strategy is still important in this series since not a single titan is stronger than the other in every scenario and everything still depend on how the cards are played. ![]() But war hammer would be easily taken by jaw titan because of it speed, mikasa was able to keep up with her because of speed too. Hoping this season keeps up.Įren being crushed by war hammer was quite good, it shows that titans have strong and weak points, war hammer titan was just a bad macht to eren and even armin if he had come (the war hammer can use bow and colosal is to slow so a clean hit at the nape is easily archivable). But what hurts the most is that this episode could well have been the one to surpass the legendary Levi Vs beast titan episode but instead fell short big time. I missed the greatness of s3 p2 where the battles were well though and with somz good strategies from both sides.ikr i thought it will be epic fight I really was disappointed from this fight, and people was hyping it up i thought i will witness a masterpiece of a battle, but all there was is some nonesense average shounen batlle. I missed the greatness of s3 p2 where the battles were well though and with somz good strategies from both sides. The anti titan canons that destroyed the armored titan in ep 1 didn't do anything to eren's titan which is ridiculous, why would you build up that the canons will have the upper hand against titans when they are usless when it comes to eren, this is too much plot armor. We also had porco poping from nowhere, no body from the survey cops saw from where he came, of course only levi did, because he also came from nowhere. The other thing is the warhammer titan's weakness which i found laughable, it's too obvious if the body of the person is connected with the titan via a wire, cut it and it's done, this is very anticlimactic and not well thought. But we got the warhammer telling eren if he has some last words to say just for mikasa to come in time and save the day, this is ridiculous and makes no sense. ![]() ![]() (MANGA READERS ignore the forum topic )not only you my dude, the whole fight was anticlimactic tbh, there were a lot of plot conveniences just to make eren's side look more powerful, warhamer titan would have easily crushed eren with his power, he is too overpowerd for eren to even stand before him. Was this explained better in the manga? Explain lads. But what bothered me most is the way the fight ended with the Warhammer titan, where Eren just suddenly realizes that the body goes to somewhere underground or something. I thought overall the episode was pretty fucking good, except for some awkward scenes with regards to the 3dCGI and all. ![]()
